Iranian studies center opens in Athens

TEHRAN – An Iranian studies center opened at the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens, Greece on Sunday.

The center has been set up in collaboration with Iran’s Cultural Office in Athens, the Persian service of IRNA reported on Monday.

The rector of the university, Ismini Kriari-Katrani, and Iran’s Cultural Attaché in Athens Ali-Mohammad Helmi and a number of academics attended an opening ceremony of the center.

Speaking at the ceremony Kriari-Katrani said that the university welcomes any bilateral cooperation with Iranian academic centers.
